The 2026 Monaco Yacht Show Highlights
Once again, the Monaco Yacht Show returned to glamorous Port Hercule for a week-long showcase of the latest launches and an estimated $2.5 billion brokerage fleet.
As always, the PrivatSea team was on the ground to offer in-person consultations, engage with clients and industry leaders and to share their vision for bespoke superyacht services.
WHAT HAPPENED AT MONACO YACHT SHOW?
Marking the 35th edition of the Show, Monaco welcomed more than 560 exhibitors and 117 yachts, reaffirming its position as the foremost event in the global yachting calendar. Of the yachts on display, 43 were delivered just this year, bringing together captains, brokers and owners alike.
A key focus of this year’s event was the Adventure Area – a dedicated zone where attendees could discover the latest cutting-edge equipment and accessories. This spanned everything from water toys and tenders to luxury vehicles designed to transport guests to the yachts in style.
Blue Wake™, the Monaco Yacht Show’s institutional programme dedicated to sustainable yachting practices, once again played a pivotal role in the event. A growing number of around 60 projects were included under the Blue Wake accreditation banner, each undergoing rigorous assessment across emissions reduction, material circularity, eco‑design and the protection of marine ecosystems.
A notable addition to the agenda was The Future of Retrofit showcase – the first international event dedicated solely to superyacht refitting. As one of the most strategic sectors in the industry, owners, captains, designers and shipyards met to discuss the best ways to extend the life of a superyacht, embracing innovative technologies and leading industry expertise. Attendees also stepped aboard completed refit projects, seeing firsthand what can be possible in this discipline.
